cinnamon ornaments

Every year I have my kids make ornaments for their tree. If they don't celebrate Christmas, leave out the hole and put a magnet on the back for the fridge. The best place to get the cinnamon is at a wharehouse store.3/4 cup applesauce
4 oz cinnamon mix until it forms a dough
roll it out until it is about 1/4 of an inch thick
cut out Christmas shapes with cookie cutters
poke a hole in the top ( for ribbon)
allow to dry for about 3 days turning everyday
