I hope you're still checking for replies. I have an excellent book. It is written by Spencer Kagan and it's called The Complete MI Book. IT's about combining Howard Gardner's work on Multiple Intelligences with Coop. Learning. It is SO teacher friendly and there are so many practical teaching suggestions in this book - it's my bible.
