I agree with you about competing with kids for jobs. Just because we're older doesn't mean we are any better or worse than the kid next door. I am lucky enough to be going through a program where at least 75 percent of us are attempting second and even third carrers. Having that real world experience makes such a huge difference! The new board would be great!
