One idea I have gotten from my mentor teacher is this: You can either write it out in your plan book or make a chart in a program like Excel. She takes the lesson and breaks it down, sort of like task-analysis and then with each student, across the board, writes the area they need to specifically work on or the part of the activity that is assigned to them or the goal from their IEP that needs to be addresses. It helps you cover all areas in your lesson as well as the needs of all your students.
