On youtube, search "childcareland" and you'll see a woman named Shelley Lovett who has recently posted a lot of apple activities. I love her ideas! All of her videos are based on themes throughout the year and they're in chronological order so if you scroll down to last september there may be more apple activites.
Last August she uploaded a video on how to make apple-cinnamon dough that I made with my neice and she loved making "cookies" and rolling it out, plus it smells great :)
