I used it last year for the first time! I will do it again for sure! I bought a 100 pocket chart form the Learning Shop. I put 10 in (1 in each row/column) at the beginning of the year. Then, they work to earn more numbers. They can earn them by getting a compliment from another teacher, working cooperatively, if the whole class does something wonderful, working hard or quietly, and from our art teacher (she does points for behavior in her class). Once we get a column or row filled in (only 2 times last year- almost 3), we decide what we want and have our reward. We did a pizza party at lunch and we did crazy day. The kids responded well to it! I love the idea of the class working together for something!
