Multi-Age Disaster

We tried that on our campus about 10 years ago. It started of OK, but when mom wasn't happy that little Johnny was in a 1st/2nd grade classroom and not in a 2nd/3rd classroom, things started going downhill. The lower 2's were in the 1-2 class and the upper 2's were in the 2-3 class. Then we had a principal and a few teachers who wanted to move students around and it was a mess. Needless to say, when an RR position came open on my campus, I jumped at it. I wanted out of that mess. Hope your experience will go well and you have co-workers who know what they're doing.
