    I am in Putnam County and I moved here from South Carolina. I am in the county right next to Cabell county. Even thought I had ten years experience I had to sub. I subbed for two years and I have had my own classroom for two years. I just submitted my box for NB. Only 17 NB teachers in Putnam County. Best of luck to you finding a job Wish I could be of more help to you.
