We sent a welcome letter (before school started) which included an invitation to Open House...had the usual stuff, introductions, etc. (but if you'd like what was in it, just ask.) We're still working thru expectations (Day 5 here). Homework for the week was to brainstorm classroom expectations with their families, and we've been sharing some of these daily...At the end of week 1, we sent a child created newsletter highlighting some of the 'celebrations' for the new school year. At curriculum night, (this Thursday) we're answering questions regarding schedules, programs, etc...if you'd like specifics, please let me know...post or email. ;-D
