Not exactly sure what this looks like, but could you use the theme, "Overall, We're a great bunch of helpers!" Overall, we are the best helpers!" Something like that? Then, can you blow up last years school pic on the copier, make miniature overalls and overall dresses out of blue construction paper, put the faces on- make a "stick person" and use them as the helper name tags? Maybe a little corny, but....
