For new PT Biggest Losers and returning member reminders! Every Monday I will start the weigh in post. This is where you will post your new numbers for the week. The easiest way I've found is to bookmark the weigh in thread and copy what I posted last week. Then I just move last week's current weight to the "Weight Last Week" line. Then I put in my new current weight. Calculate your loss for the week and total pounds lost and adjust those numbers. Easy. *Some of you, have been a biggest loser for a while. Congrats on the losses so far. But for this round please stick to your current weight and current losses. We want to deal with pounds to lose now. I want to see how many pounds our group losses during this round. If you want to on the bottom of your weekly post, keep a running tab of the total amount weight lost from all your sessions of BL. I will not be tabulating these numbers though. Only this sessions weight loss. *** If Mondays don't work for you to weigh in that's fine. Just pick another day that you will consistently weigh in on. You just need to find the weekly weigh in thread and post your new numbers to it. It doesn't matter what day works for you as long as you get your post in EVERY week!!! That is all you need to do. Remember a healthy diet and exercise is the key.... You can definitely post throughout the week for support, tips, or sharing your favorite low cal snacks and recipes. Also, NSV (Non scale victories) are good things to post like former BLs posted about their pants falling off:D Thanks for participating. Here's to great losses for everyone!
