Were you given these directives after an evaluation or something similar? Are other teachers being given this same talk from the curriculum director? Did the CD give you any ideas on how you were to implement her directives?
It sounds as if others are being told to do the same thing as you, so it might be a good idea to try to do some planning together or at least sharing of resources.
I cannot even begin to wrap my mind around what you've been told to do!
