They only sent me half my order. I called and asked what was going on and they said that they sold out of the other half of the books I ordered. They sent me an email confirmation of what was shipped, then only sent half of it. They said I will not be receiving the other half. This is after they already charged my card for the whole order. They didn't even charge me in the first place until after I called about the missing books. I still haven't had my money refunded for the books I did not get. I am very unhappy with them.
