i've used that service a few times- works like a charm. if i am not mistaken, you don't have to use the internet- i think you can go find the worker in the department your item is out of stock in and have them help you order it.... i am jealous for all those who can start working in their rooms- we have to wait for the floors to be refinished! waaah! and they are running behind. we'll be lucky if they are even done before we return on august 12th.......
