Class compliments

We also use the "caught being good" compliments. There are individual compliments and class compliments. Individual compliments of 5-10 are pulled two or three times a week and individual students are called to the office during morning announcements to received a small prize (pencil, bookmark, etc.).
The class with the most Jaguar compliments for the month receives a party (pizza, ice cream, etc.) We have a bulletin board in the hallway that keeps track of the class compliments. The students are excited to have their names called and they are thrilled if they win the class compliment party.
