that nothing has to be perfect on the first day! I just finished my first year and am still tweaking my classroom, procedures, and decorations, etc. and had been doing the same all the way through the year! Once you see your class and know how a day goes, you might decide to change your plans anyway! You'll do great! Enjoy your summer!
