newsletter samples

We have to do up a newsletter every month telling the parents what is going on in our classroom, special things etc. I am teaching grade 3 this year and Ive never had to make a news letter before so Im not sure on the format or what should be included in it. Please help!! Suggestions. Any samples that anyone can attach. Thanks
