Just wanted to let you know that you are not the only one in your situation. The exact same thing is happening to me. It IS frustrating and disheartening. People keep telling me that there is still a long time until school starts, but all the letters I get say that the schools already have their staff in place. I've been seriously thinking about substitute teaching next year, but that's not an every day job that would pay my bills. AUGHHH! I'm with you.
