The more the merrier

I love when they come through often. :) That way the kids are used to guests in the room, whether they are observers, student teachers, Speech or Occupational therapists, social workers etc. Also, I get valid and strong support when the admin can honestly say "I'm in her room all the time" to a complaint. Previous years when I'm not observed at all, I take compliments from admin with a grain of salt because they just don't know me at all.
