Here Comes The Judge

I got this game from a teacher on another board. One child is chosen as the "judge". The judge steps out into the hall while 3-4 children go to the board. They are asked to write one of the spelling words on the board and only have 15 seconds (I use a timer). The students sit down when the timer goes off and then the judge comes back into the room - the judge doesn't know who went to the board. The judge then chooses the word that is spelled correctly with the neatest handwriting. The person whose word is chosen is the next judge. I keep track of the last person whose word is chosen to be the first judge the next time we play. The kids love this game.
