Sub. Teacher's Report

Good day. It is expected of all sub. teachers to leave a report for the classroom teacher. Is this correct? Can you share what you usually include in your report? Are you able to share what it would look like? Would it need to be more of a concise explanation of what was Lesson plans were completed, any incomplete work, the behavior(s), and list of absentee(s)? If so, how exactly does one include all the above so that it is presented in a Concise Fashion? Thank you for any help you share today.
