    I use the "Class" "Yes" technique from Chriss Biffle's powerteaching. I say "CLASS" pretty loud and the kids must respond in the same tone I used, "YES!" This works very well for me.

    I change it up...I say "Classity, class, class!"
    They say, "Yessity, yes, yes."

    They are to immediately get SILENT after saying yes.

    I say "CLASS" using a variety of funny voices and they have to respond "YES" in the same funny voice I used.

    Hope this makes sense.
