My school has the pages printed out & organized in a binder for all grade levels. A coworker sent the whole set to our districts print shop for me 2years ago. I copied a few that I liked the best on vellum and slowly added as the year went on. I laminated them and put them in envelopes with directions on the front. A few are games so they are glued onto a file folder, then laminated.
