-a travel toothpaste and toothbrush (for going out after work or "aromatic" meals for lunch) -favorite pain reliever- Tylenol, Advil, etc. -a pick me up drink- tea bags, hot cocoa mix, those Crystal Light water flavoring thingies - various safety pins for loose buttons and other wardrobe malfunctions - blank notecards- take time once a week to thank someone or encourage someone -a folder or large envelope where you can store some feel good stuff- someone sends you an encouraging or complimentary email or note, stick it in the envelope/folder for when you're having one of those days Beginning a new teaching spot means you have some exciting and long days ahead of you- take good care of yourself along the way! :)
