I teach third grade and I use them if a student flips to red for the 2nd time in one week. The first time a child is on red they have to write a Bummer paragraph during recess after that it's the Think Sheet. Along with the Think sheet comes a phone call home so the parents know what is going on. It works out nice because the parents then have a convo with their child and sign the Think Sheet.
