overloaded teacher

I like what you said Margot! I am the overloaded teacher and I hate it.I was given the 1/2 grade because I was the most 'able'(who said?). Then I was given the ADD kid because he already had been with the other teacher. Then I had to have K. because his parents thought it'd be easier for him since he knew me- he was a big discipline problem last year and still is. And since I 'only' had 16 kids I had to take 3 new students - big discipline problems too. Now I have a very poorly balanced class and I'm very frustated that I cannot teach the way I'd like too. I feel it's not
fair for the kids - neither for the quiet ones nor for the kids who need more support. And it's not fair for me either; if I had a 'bad' reputation, I'd have an easier class!
