    "Putting the Pieces Together"

    You could use this phrase as a welcome BB. Use posterboard and creae a puzzle template and cut out each piece. Then have each student design their own piece and you write their name w/ a Sharpie. Then put the puzzle back together and up on you BB display.
    I have also seen puzzle piece border somewhere????
    Maybe you could do a play on words: "Keeping the Peace (piece) in the Skills Lab" and post your rules for the room on the board. You could create a large peace sign & maybe draw some puzzle shapes on it.
    You can also try to find some optical illusion posters (check Walmart's poster collection) and hang a one or two around your room.
    I'm sure there's more you could do w/this theme, but my mind has drawn a blank at the moment. If I think of more, I'll post.
