It is smart of you to be thinking ahead...chances are, even if the 4th grade position does not extend to the next school year, if the district is that large, there will more than likely be an opening for you somewhere else, and being internal is a HUGE help. You should take the job that you feel most positive and confident about...Best of Luck to you!
