i can totally understand where you're coming from. my cooperating teacher from my first placement didn't give me nearly as much credit as I deserved. I did planning from the minute i got home until 11pm every night. It was an inclusion class and she knew that I modified lessons for the special ed. students, but put that I need to work on that on my final review. she said it would show that i made progress over my second placement, but I really don't even want to show it at any interviews. The only suggestion that I have is to talk to her and see if for the next two weeks, she could let you know at least a day ahead of time what she wants you to teach. Also, ask her to give you constructive feedback after your lessons. My new cooperating teacher does that after every lesson I teach and it really helps. I would have talked to my teacher if I found out that I needed to work on that more before the last day I was there! It's worth a try, and even if she doesn't respond, at least you tried. You could also ask your field supervisor from your college to write a letter addressed to you about what would help you the most during your last 2 weeks. My supervisor did that for a couple of people that were having trouble with their teachers, and they said that the teachers have been better since then. Since it's addressed to you, it isn't attacking her and she may be more likely to follow those directions. Good luck and don't get too discouraged!
