Constitution Day lessons

I was "volunteered" to find lessons suitable for our K-3 school for Constitution Day. I suggested reading the book We The Kids. Our principal bought each of us a copy, but then said she would like to "slip" a lesson plan in each book, too. Yikes! I have searched the web, but most ideas are geared for upper grades. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help:)
