As far as what I would like to hear from the sub:

1. Work which was not completed and why (not enough time, impromptu assembly program, etc.)

2. Students who have caused problems for the sub

3. Any concerns about the type of work which was left for the students

4. Overall class behavior and attitude for the sub

5. A folder of work which was collected from the kids.

6. Names of students who were absent.
