I would recommend Debbie Diller's Literacy Work Stations Grades 3-6. These are stations rather than centers meaning that the station is always "spelling" or "writing" but the activities might differ. Diller has a lot of ideas, and I found them easy to incorporate. It take a little work, but it wasn't overwhelming. I agree that having a multitude of abilities is difficult. I struggled with that too. Fortunetly I have inclusion help during my LA block. PM me if you have further question. Good luck!
