    Classroom Helper

    I had a classroom helper called Tool Box Checker. (kids came up with the name) Each morning the student would check each and every tool box i.e. pencil box for 3 sharpened pencils. They would also inspect the mechanical pencils to be sure they had lead in them. All sharpening and lead loading would be done in the morning in the first 15 minutes or at the very end of the day. Students without 3 sharpened pencils could take one out of the supply box. Adding on this job worked great! Next year I will have 2 Tool Box Checkers.
