Talk to some of your colleagues. They may have some anecdotes that they can share with you. Also, think about some of the teachers that have retired in the last 5 years. They may be able to help you come up with some ideas. I think I would want people to know that I put my heart, soul, and brain into educating the children in my community. I would want them to know that I did the very best job I could do. I would want them to know that I treasured each child, and that I still carry each of their names and faces in my heart and mind's eye.
