differentiate centers

We are all getting bored of our usual centers right now,and it is getting to the time of the year where my higher level readers really need something more challenging. I am looking for some ideas for my carpet center, but I want to be able to differentiate for different level learners.
Every day my kiddos participate in:
guided reading center
computer center--AR test, starfall.com, learning.com
listening center/ independent read center
Workbook Center
Carpet Center---THIS CENTER NEEDS TO BE HANDS ON--
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated--THANKS
