    It is sad that you feel you need to do this to these little kids. I teach 3rd graders in CA where the stakes are high, and my district is a PI3!! Program improvement level 3 district. Our school works hard, our API is 790. Our motto is 800 in 08 but we are not going to this extreme. I think the kids are already under too much pressure. If I have to do this I will be looking for a new career after 25 years.

    sorry to be so !@#$!#! about your idea but these are little kids and we should let them be kids.
