Principal should call parent AND social services-it's what he gets paid to do. It will certainly continue. Maybe the student is asking for some intervention. We don't prepare our kids for life if there are no consequences. We had a student steal money from a teacher. Principal refused to do anything because it would go on paper as an "incident". When student moved onto to high school, arrested and in juvenile for........theft!
