After having spent 3 years subbing before landing a permanent position, I have to agree that some of your complaints are valid. Others, however, are part of the real world of teaching--like kids throwing up, principals checking up on you, light bulbs and thermostats that don't work, miscalculated copies, forgotten supplies, etc. It's all part of the job......welcome to the world of teaching. When you find that a subbing experience has left a lot to be desired, by all means, contact the administrator or teacher or sub coordinator so that changes can be made. Good luck in your future subbing endeavors.
