Our principal is very "present"

He does lunch duty and hall duty at dismissal (most days), he is in the halls and classrooms, he goes on field trips, he helps the tech and building maintenance set up for assemblies, presentations, etc. He still does a lot of paperwork and discipline as well. This is his second year with us and we have been very pleased.
