tell your principal one area of weakness for you--tell her that is an area for personal growth and please be watching for it. send home a teacher's report card/survey to find out what your parents like about your teaching/personality and changes they'd like made, suggestions (you'll want to be careful how you word that...) give them space for comments. give your kids a survey on you: ask specific questions--here are some good ones: *does your teacher like teaching? *does your teacher try to make lessons interesting? *what do you like best about this year? *" " worst etc. you'll get some feedback!
