Sometimes dominance isn't determined until later. My youngest daughter seemed to be dominant with her left hand at 4, but also used her right for some things. Her occupational therapist said not to sweat it, she will determine dominance when she's ready. There was no sense in forcing the issue as it could become counter-productive.
She is now 15, very left-handed, but is right-eyed, so she must shoot a gun right-handed!:D
