    Spanking

    I don't think paddling should be allowed in school anymore and if it was, I could never do it.
    But still, for parents, I don't think spanking is in the same line as "hitting."
    Why are so many kids rude today though? Why do so many think they deserve everything and they shouldn't have to work for it? Where is intrinsic motivation? How can we get these things back?

    There's got to be a way. I don't think spanking is it, but something sure went wrong.

    Maybe there is something to: Spare the rod, spoil the child. That would be creepy.
