I got my master's degree online through the University of St. Mary. I got all the information I could and took it to the principal ahead of time. He said he wouldn't mind taking some of those classes himself. Of course, Univ. of St Mary is a "regular" college that offers some online master's programs. It worked great for me, because I have an autistic daughter, and it's hard for me to be gone evenings and on Saturdays. There was a lot of work involved, but everything was relevent to my classroom. It followed the action research model, and focused on solving problems that we had in our classrooms. Great experience!
