Day planner, address book, post its, reward stickers, a flash drive...I'm trying to think of anything I would be upset by! Perhaps offers of creating black line masters for their files from other grade level teachers, particularly in the areas that are left to teach this year. Any end of the year planning help to get them through. Job charts? Plants? Sounds like this may take awhile to rebuild the school and the teachers may be with you awhile (perhaps a year or two?) Whatever you can do to ease the stress for THEM so that they can in turn relieve the stress for their students will be huge!
