Hello everyone. I will be starting the novel Holes with my very low seventh grade inclusion English class. I absolutely love this book and since I have convinced them they are going to love it too, I need to come through with some awesome lesson ideas and activities to go with it. This particular group does not always get along, but with the right lessons I am finding myself actually keeping their attention! I took over this class in the middle of the year, and it took the last two months of being with them to get them where they are now. I am super excited about how far this class has already come. We are just finishing up publishing a class newspaper which is coming out great for them!! So, pretty please pass along any lesson or project ideas you may have that go with the novel Holes.
