    has spearheaded this whole concept. He is the co-author of the book mentioned in the post below. His team held a 3 day workshop, then a week long conference several summers ago in my district - so it was a fully adopted expectation. The philosophy made postivie changes for many. It is well worth investigating (in my opinion :D ).
