until tenure then it is once every 3 years. My principal and I have a great relationship and she will come by if she knows that I have a fun lab going on or some other activity. I am part of a small program that is focused on at risk students so my principal likes to be seen often in my room and the rooms of my co-workers so the kids get to see her in "non-discipline" related situations.
