Wow! I put a "smile" in the subject line because this woman is a joke! She sounds just like my now retired principal! She's not a woman, she's a low class piece of meat with very low self-esteem although it may seem otherwise.

Seriously, do you think ANYONE respects her? I agree: Stay away from her - she sounds like trouble. Be collegial and go about your business.

It's really frustration re: jobs. It's a joke in our district so much that now they issued a statement to gain "respectability." It states that principals are not to give jobs away - yada, yada, yada. Although we know they still will. It will not be stopped unless enough people and the teacher unions across the country address it as a serious issue.
