Small group vs Whole Group

We are required to teach small group during some of our language arts time. And we are highly encouraged to use small group during math. Whenever we do them- the students can go into centers and they also have seat work. I find it a bit difficult for Inclusion Kindergarten. It's definately beneficial b/c not all kids are at the same level.
