Ideas
By Mandy

Clip to ScrapBook
I am not the most organized soul, but I have discovered a few ways to keep myself organized. I team teach, so I only teach three subjects (reading, writing and social studies). I keep all my ss ideas and papers in binders,
I have a binder for maps and globes unit, a binder for the colonies and so on. I type up my units on the computer and put this in the front of that binder. Then I divide the binder up with activities, tests and projects. For reading I have a cart that rolls around the room. Anything I currently need for reading goes in the cart. All books and ideas I have already used go in my file
cabinet. Right now I have a drawer for reading and in that drawer I have a hanging file full of file folders of reading plans. Here is my website with a link about how I organize:

Another great site is

She has awesome organization ideas.
Good luck!
By the way I have been teaching for four years and last year was the first year I had TIME to really get organized!
